Wallasey Town Hall 1920s. Notice Egremont Ferry still in place and Guinea Gap can be clearly seen.

I presume the Town Hall was fairly new then? The stonework looks quite clean compared to the standard gunge/grey/black of every other building.

Might have opened but not as a town hall. It was a military hospital in the first war.

There are actually two town halls in that photo. The first one being in Church street.
