yeah thats the one. they pulled me and asked if i was insured and if the car was mine then drove off

they must of checked while they were followin me by tracing the reg plate coz they asked what inurance company i was with and then asked me name and said thanks an got off  i hate them

Lol, well I suppose they are just doing their job. Probably had nothing better to do so they thought they would pull you and see if you are the driver that is insured to drive the vehicle. Don't forget to look at it another way, you would have thanked them if your car had been stolen and they had just happened to do a random PNC check on it and found it out
