Hi guys, I have just passed my test and have a very small budget of £250 for my first car, i no its not much but need some help. if any one knows any one who might be able to help please let me no. Cheers

I have a Skoda Felicia for sale for £350 - more than your budget though. It's taxed and tested. Try Nissan Micras, you can get a decent one for that price.

you've just passed your test and have £250 for a car...
have you even considered insurance??? you're looking at a couple of grand easily for that.
or, god forbid, are you going to be one of the ones who drives without insurance.

im not going to drive without insurance, not with 2 young children, but theres no point getting insured without a car to get insured on. insurance isnt going to be that bad due to age i have had quotes on most cars. thanks dave and lansyp will have a look now.

Wouldn't it be better to look at insurance groups and prices and then decide on a particular car?
My brother found a group 6 2L diesel Peugeot 306 cheaper to insure than a group 1 1L petrol Corsa.
