he put a soilniod so that it pops open buy the press of a switch, but hes wired it up through all the old wires from the back window wiper, so i just press back the lever for the back window wiper and the boot pops open,

cheers guys, lol, its a rear strut brace, my mate gave it to me, he got it made up so iam just using it until i get a proper one
