I've just spoken to someone very close to the couple and he confirmed that the man has killed his girlfriend (dont want to use names just incase they have't managed to inform family)

i only met him a few times but he seemed a happy go lucky sort of guy.i cant say he wouldnt do something like this as i didnt know him that well but if you would have said to me he was a murderer i would have said "ye my arse "i mean he wasnt a bad person in the way he came over in conversation he seemed to care about everything he was doing
