I use one.com and have found them to be completely reliable: http://www.one.com/en/

Must also add and recommend 000webhost. This is free for small websites. Well worth a go. There's no adverts on your site or anything like that: http://www.000webhost.com/

I can't recommend myself, so I will recommend www.unitedhosting.com , Matt Wallis runs a tight ship there, and has one of the busiest support communities of any webhost. Completely independent (not another corporate pile of shite) in business for 14 years, a LOT of respect within the industry, great prices and fantastic service. Also, drop Mark the admin of Wikiwirral a PM, he might be able to help you out.

I use Hostgator because you can pay monthly and its the best I`ve used so far. You also get UNLIMTED space on line. http://www.hostgator.com/shared.shtml

There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music.
