Nothing like eating your greens and watching your weight, the more veg you eat the less take aways you eat, the more take aways you eat the bigger you get and the faster you will die. Green is the way forward with exercise!!!!

i am and its going ok so far. (shouldnt speak too soon should i lol) i do agree Jaki. i try plenty of excersize to tighten my mucles.try the special k diet with fruits and like popeye says plenty greens and of course spinnach

I wasn't actually in a Costa, although they serve Costa lol; I've only ever been in a Costa a few times (every time for work funnily enough). Yep, the marshmallows are the mutts nutts hehe Btw, which Costa were you in?? I was in the Table Table in Sale.

Just had fresh fruit salad and for tea today it's grilled mackerel fillet, creamed tates and spring cabbage, after which I sup the cabbage water too. Delish!
