I saw a police car at about 4.45pm today going full speed into Tesco at Bidston Moss. Sirens going hardly slowed down to go round the bend on the way in. Has anyone heard anything as to why?

i saw a police car with siren on going full speed going along park road south just after 3.30pm when the road was full of school kids!

I've witnessed the plod flying down the New Ferry bypass with their blues on, only to see them drive into the KFC drive-thru and order something, by the time I got to the roundabout.
And that is god honest truth, so it wouldn't surprise me if they just wanted to cut through the traffic lol. Police drivers are a complete law unto themselves but you'd think they'd be monitored nowadays by the control centre.

Hi I was there I witnessed most of the incident from what I could tell some guy tried to knick the fat ginger guards meat pie then all hell broke loose and the fella ended up being put in a sleeper hold by the fat ginger guard which was quite hillarious as the the other ginger guard the one with the big head was just standing by watching and the little one who I've never seen before looked like he didn't want to break a nail or mess his hair up, so thats why the police where speeding it wasn't for a KFC or a bacon butty it was for a meat pie.
