just an update,if thats what you can call it.the police rang my dauthter today and told her that there is nothing they can do about the scumbag that assaulted her in october.the case is "undetected". they have been given a name but they need to speak to the person who told my daugther who assaulted her and she only knows his first name. the assault wasnt on cctv camera because,apparently, the camera rotates, and at the time she was being assaulted ,the camera was facing up the road. the police said they have put his name and description in the database, but nothing comes up! they said he probably hasnt got a criminal record. i have put my feelers out but havnt got anywhere. can anyone give me any advice?

i have got the scumbags name and have tried to find him on facebook,have tried googling name and cant find anything. i just need an address for the little oik. how can i get this? can any one give me any ideas? thanks

Put a wanted up on Facebook, someone will know him.
Get all your friends to do it too.

Short answer is you probably won't be able to. If you have to ask here you don't have the skills needed to do it online.

got the full name which is correct. others are trying as well ,but its like he doesnt exist.the name comes up with addresses for liverpool but not for wirral. it could be that he is under eighteen!? thanks anyways

No. No internet search is based on age, that's the beauty of it.

The name is wrong or the people you're asking to search for you don't know what they are doing or are just doing it the entirely wrong way. There's no magical source of addresses on the internet short of the public whitelists that you'd have to pay to access and are usually wrong because they rely on the voting registration database which is usually wrong in itself.

Were the situation different then I wouldn't have too many objections towards giving some info; but I don't have any interest in assisting some random parent with their plans of revenge. I don't think vigilante justice is the way to go.
