Duck
Super Muscovey duck legs (Barbarey Duck). Pan fried with small new spuds, peas, carrot sticks and broccoli - and a nice bottle of red wine. Followed by "spotted dick" sponge pud.
Special occasion 'cos the Mrs is off on hols to home country for 3 weeks. I'm fixing the electrics and extending the floor in the loft.
