Tonite I be mainly eating - chinese style curried chicken, with onions and tates, on a bed of yellow rice with sultanas. That Maysan curry paste really does make a very tasty Chinese curry, having the extra hot today. The chicken is just boned thighs, more flavour. Set me up for calling the bingo tonight.

just had burger (burger,bacon, egg ) and chips at leasowe community centre- just behind the baths
