for kev
cook rice as normal,rinse in cold water then i heat up some sesame oil in frying pan, toss rice in oil then make a well and crack egg into it when egg nearly done start tossing it all around and chop up the big bits of egg then i also add some soy sauce (its nice with chunks of ham in too)

I put turmeric and black pepper in my fried rice,also good with tinned tuna mixed in.
If you like lemon then squirt it on ,when served on the plate.
