i run and do weights got 28 % body fat. Im pretty much same as cm punk.

you know its so funny but you should not laugh at food . reason is that the 3rd world countrys are dying of starvation even babys. so spare a thought of them.
as i have been to east africa and bread is a food so please give a thought of what you eat and not joke
