Sounds like he might have not been insured !!
Gonna look into one of them car cameras. They are only 25 quid !!!
Imagine all the trouble that would save you trying to prove it was someone else at fault
I think your insurance company would love you if they could actually see the crash happening

I'm sure this car cut us up tonight (3rd). We were at the lights on the junction of New Chester rd and Bedford Rd Rock Ferry. We were going to carry on through the lights towards Birkenhead and a fiesta was on the right of us, so we thought he was going to turn right. The lights turned green and he/she shot off and turned left right across us. The missus nearly came a cropper.
On the way back home we were coming down Bedford Ave and there were two ambulances just through the lights at Bedford Rd. There was a car sitting at the lights in front of us, they were on green and the driver was just sitting there looking at the ambulances. We couldn't believe it! Two dicks in one evening!

I've got one (in every car) and they do love you. A very large Liverpool based furniture removal company van hit the side of my car last year as the driver tried to force his way out of a side turning. Him and his passenger made completely untrue statements about how they were on the road and I had tried to force them over and they had had to swerve to avoid me, all the usual garbage. Their insurance company wanted me to pay, so I emailed them a copy of the video..... My car was collected for repair that afternoon

We were heading home last night and as we approached the roundabout at Tate & Lyle there was a stationary silver Yaris facing the wrong way up the dock link road toward the motorway, looked like the driver was considering reversing back onto the roundabout but then decided to drive up the link road the wrong way instead.
