7pm at Peerless Brewery.
29th October.
7pm arrival with pint, then a bowl of stew, a tour or the brewery and unlimited ale until 11pm.
Final roll call... Anyone interested who hasn't got their name down as per original thread please PM me for availability and I'll try and accommodate. Need to give details of guests on Friday.

P_H, is that +1 or +2 as I only have you down for +1, who is the 2nd? Also, I've only had the 1 deposit and my business head doesn't like me opening myself up to too much of a liability.
I will probably call round to collect cash before contacting Peerless.

Its ok mate ive already contacted Peerless and they said "not a problem as long as i let them know by Tuesady how many extra will be coming" so dont worry Alex all is in hand.

I think you're missing the point somewhat. I need to keep on top of what is happening, I organised it and a few of us have paid the deposit. Now imagine the situation that a few phone up on Tuesday, unknown to me, and then don't turn up. Who has to cover the shortfall out of the deposit? Yep, you guessed it. Therefore, I wish to know numbers and I wish to collect deposits. Is that too difficult a concept for you? Please don't force me to contact the brewery and inform that we have a bit of an awkward one on our hands and that all contact should be through me, it makes more trouble than is needed.

Pepper_Head. Al has gone to a lot of trouble organising this. The normal thing to do would be to contact him as he is liasing with the brewery...
It would be ridiculous if everyone started contacting the brewery with random bits of information and asking the same questions over and over.
