hold Ctrl and press PrtSc (or print screen) then open paint and hold Ctrl and press V.
if you habe Win7 use the snipping tool.

A quicker way is to just press PrtSc then goto paint and rightclick paste or windows 7 menu edit paste.

if you just want to grab pic of what ever window is open at that time, i.e, if you get a warning message pop up then just press ctrl+alt+printscreen
