Anyone thinking of going out for a meal or a pint tonight in the Heswall/Neston area be warned that water supply problems are effecting local businesses.
Many properties in the ch60 and ch61 areas of Wirral have had little or no water in the last 24 hrs, and it's unlikely that things will get sorted until later tonight at the earliest.
Phone up in advance if you are planning on eating out. I noticed whilst passing through this afternoon that several pubs were already closed.
