yet another waste of tax payers money busted i wonder who made the call to say it was something bad, i was down town today and if i seen some green stuff on the floor i wouldnt phone the police or fire

what is interesting about this story is that it appeared on Mersey Magazine on Sunday afternoon, yet the Liverpool Echo and the Wirral Globe did not have it until today..Mersey Magazine appears to be put on line by one man and a few university students..I check it out every day..good luck to them,
