Any ideas for a really good picnic - for adults - something more than just sausage rolls, chicken drumsticks, quiche, sandwiches. Anyone made their own lemonade?

Big pan of scouse, pre made at home, just take a single ring camping stove to heat it up, red cabbage or beetroot in jars, some buttered begets, for afters, pre made trifles, all served on paper plates and bowls so you can dump in the bin, let the dog lick the pan, back in the cupboard, eezy peezy.
Whats the lemonade for, to mix with the whiskey.
