OP ponytail Smartchild Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 578 wirral	Since most schools are self-governing, I have been told the Wirral Education Authority does not become involved in matters such as Duty of Care - children who are left behind when the teacher talks to them will not be investigated by the Wirral Ed Auth - it must be conducted via an in-house investigation.
