Was stuck right next to this driving thru the Strand today. www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/liverpool-n...pping-centre-in-bootle-100252-28855200/.Saw the two blokes sitting on the arched roof of the opening and crowds gathered. Four policemen and the pavement below taped off! Loads of people taking pics and filming this.
