was down by rock park bout 11:15 two police cars on bridge with bobbys looking over bridge, then up new ferry end and bypass was shut.hope not a another nutter throwing stuff of bridge.

I personally believe the only way to get pricks like these to understand what they are doing,is to hang them upside down over the bridge for a bit preferibly by some (big fella over 20 stone) so there is no way they would not get the message .The hands of police are tied and they are too soft with them anyway
