anyone know why arrowbrook road was closed around 2.30pm today.police turning traffic back

Arrowebrook road was indeed closed with fire engine,paramedics,police cars,police bike riders just at the junction that leads off to caldy heswall etc.
What would it gave to do with the m53 which is a couple of miles away

torryman, missus just pointed that out, indeed probaly very little i was thinking it was the arrow park pub approach road, arrow park road
