The Chinese inscription of Lock Ah Tam's name on the stone gave rise to a belief at the time that Triad gangs did a deal with the authorities to have his body buried there. Don't know about that. I have seen his grave in the confines of HMP Liverpool in 1979. Whether he is in there or Flaybrick is anyone's guess. All excuted bodies have now been removed from HMP Liverpool.
