The laptop needs a new hard drive and it is costing £116.00, I found a website called Proper Geeks and they came to the house and took it away to be fixed.

How Much !!!! That's a (little) bit expensive, a new hard drive, even a decent (500GB) SATA should be about £50, and a full install including all the drivers, updates and anti-virus should cost (well, we charge) £35, and normally it's same day. Oh well, at least it'll be done
