To be honest i`ve tried but have all the latest software (ie: itunes, firmware 3.1.3 on the iphone 2g ect)
When i put it in sleep mode and try it the itunes contacts the itunes server and doesn`t let me do it.
Have to then fook around with the phone to get it out of brick mode.
Need to restore my lappy to factory setts then download the old itunes i think but i`m no pc buff and won`t give up till i do it lol
