Just had a text from my fiancee on the bus on the way home from work and there is police and big traffic jam by the durley estate bridge.
The police are movikg the traffic along.
May know abit more shortly.

Just been told there was cones and 4 policeman standing there close to where the path is that goes down to the Noctorum.
