I used this site last year and have just ordered more for this year. The great thing is that they sell small packs for low prices - 30 seeds for 50 pence!! Order over £6 and it's free P&P. http://moreveg.co.uk

No I've got a small back garden which I love to 'potter' in when I get home from work having been stuck inside all day.
They do flowers as well on that site.
I've ordered 10 different plants for just over £6. They will last me this year and next year if needed.
I've had a few plants off Freecycle also.
