My teenage daughter has just come home in a taxi-jumped straight in the shower coz she felt 'rank'. Seats were wet+ sticky- car stunk off of 'piss, fìsh, sweat+ curry' and the 'driver was a loon'.
Am fuming-do i contact the taxi firm or someone else?

Just waiting on her boyfriend to confirm the name of the firm etc... The end of the day-we pay for her to get a taxi back so she safe-primarily but also comftorable. She 'too nice' to complain about being flung about in the back of a cess-pit!

contact the firm and ask for the drivers badge number the firm themselves im afraid wont be able to do anything, you need to contact wallasey town hall with his badge number to lodge your complaint.

Pm me the name of the taxi firm i know alot of the people in the trade and have alot of close friends i can have a word to make sure our complaint is dealt with throughly, otherwise they will just fob you off.

If it is Wirral Satellite Cars then they wont care, the owner is flooding there system with who ever wants to work for them as long as he is getting there settle he doesn't care.
