I did this conversion on the 180
(I paid £100 for all 4 hubs and spindles)
The only real advantage of the 5 stud hubs is the choice of wheels - redrilled discs for S14 conversions are so easy to get hold of now, its not worth doing the stud conversion just for the brakes
Youll need S14 hubs matey
Basically you need the S14 hubs and spindles, and a pair of S14 lower arm ball joints.
Spindles are a straight swap but you need to press the S14 ball joints in to the S13 lower arm (Moog make aftermarket ones) as they are bigger diameter.
You also need copper pipe to fill out the holes where the spindle mounts to the lower strut as again the S14 ones are bigger diameter.
S14 brakes are a good upgrade and uprated discs depends on how hard you drive the car. Id always go better pads before discs though as they make the biggest difference.
