Hello,
Xbox 360 Premium - It got the 'three red light problem' so I bought the elite with the intention of getting this repaired by microsoft, needless to say I still havnt. You could get this repaired for around £30 or I believe you can do it yourself with instructions off eBay.
Comes with all Premium extra's as well as:

Xbox Vision webcam (Opened and unused cost £40)
