Lol HD my arse who would upload an HD video to YouTube that would be insane. Just seems to be running some sort of video smoothing more then anything? Checked it on my mirage video and it was a touch clearer, still not as clear as the 640x480 original however.

I done a little reading up on the quality of the You tube vids.
As people were complaining and looking for the best settings.
And from what i read it boils down to this.
Keep the video camera still.
And dont let any one move in the picture lol
Faster moving images drop the quality
along with lots of different colours.
The more complex it is expect poorer quality.

I've noticed the quality being reduced in all my videos.
no matter how high I set the quality of the video to be uploaded, it still comes out crap quality even if it isnt a complex video.
