I'm looking for a place in central Birkenhead which serves a thick, juicy - not too expensive ! - medium cooked steak.

I know this is an old post and you've probably died of starvation by now, but at The Scouse House in Oliver Lane, Birkenhead (by Beatties Car Park) we do 8oz Sirloins with chips or jackets, mushrooms, tomato & veg at £6.50. I don't know of anywhere cheaper........
