Me and the missus were bored the other night and decided to make some rice crispie cakes using Mint Chocolate Aeros  Would be good fun for anyone with kids to have a go at making.... You will need: Chocolate (approx. 1 average bar per cake) Spoon Bowl Plate Cake cases (not needed, but less messy) Microwave Fridge or Freezer So buy lots of your fave choccy - in this case 4 bars of Mint Aeros. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.images.wikiwirral.co.uk/forum/5524.jpg) Break the chocolate up into a bowl ![[Linked Image]](https://www.images.wikiwirral.co.uk/forum/5525.jpg) Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave for about a minute. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.images.wikiwirral.co.uk/forum/5527.jpg) Take out the bowl (Be careful it will be VERY hot as I found out the hard way) and stir the chocolate so it is all melted. mmmmmmmmmm i have to make 100 some days in work... cute sprinkles with dedicated( ino ive spelt it wrong) coconut an added rasins or cherries !!mmmmm
