i know what you mean. can you no corrosive pipes?? that would be a god send.
i can get copper fuel lines of clubcalibra.net but nothing about brake lines

Oh yes, on the plus side. discovered my car has got an alarm. my dad tried to open the boot and set it off. Wow a 13 year old vauxhall with an alarm that still works. I know i had to sit down aswell

Well well well.
VauxCareWirral to the rescue. ALL brake lines front, back and front to back, CV joint replacement and handbrake tightening.
£150.00 all in so will be booking it in some time this week. small electrical jobs will be sorted myself this week aswell.
Then retest.

Well what a fun day today has been.
fixed all the little problems that it failed it's MOT on and discovered there is some stuff i just can't do so garage will have to sort it, to cold to get under the car (wimp i know)
Fitted my indicator lens so don't stand out now like big orange nipples, and fitted a radio (cheap one for now) and discovered the passenger front speaker doesn't work.
