Does anyone know what the score is when you upgrade a PAYG phone with o2, as in can you do it instore, or is it only available via telephone/online?

Im gonna get a K800i Silver in the next week or so, and realised me mum tops up like £20 a month or more, so I can use her simcard and get 5% of her topups in the last 18 months off the price of me new phone.

But I dunno if it can be done in store, anyone else done it?

Also, are the offers on the website the same as the instore offers, or will they refuse to match them?

As ye can tell, id rather get the phone instore then from o2 Online/o2 Direct because if there are any problems its easier to take it back, and also I can have it there and then instead of hassle with DH fecking HELL!!
