Woah,that second vid is jkust stupid, u'd think some kind of warning wud be put up,like people putting their hazards on etc. I did notice a few flashing lights. Think the guy filming was a cop and what cud he do realistically? he was radioing for help and couldnt step into the road cos cars were still going full pelt at the site
