No offence meant at all to all the people who have now got rear wheel driven cars on here, but it seems everyone is buying them the cheapest rwd cars, so they can go 'drifting'. I don't think it's an integral part of track driving sport (apart from rally driving), going sideways slows you down, and in competition is to be the fastest and not the fanciest?? What's wrong with clipping the apex and taking the racing line? I'm sorry, I'm a killjoy and I'm just really old fashioned, just if I hear another person going on about drifting on a forum! btw We called them 'power slides' in 'my day'.

Ur right on one part of that miek, racing is about going fast,but drifting isnt racing,its about being fancy, kinda like olympic floor gymanstics, its not about how fast someone can run from one side of a big mat to the other, its about how good they look doing it
