right just stripped my engine, the head gasket has gone and the head is warped but only ever so slightly, so should i get it skimmed... wer can i get it skimmed??? also i found that wateva complete dumbass had this car b4 me had taken the thermostat out!!!!!!!!

alrite mate i think it is best for you to get your head skimmed cause it would be a waste of time and effort puting a new gasket in and then for it to go soon after, strip it yourself and take it to somewhere like B-head engines on cathcart st, B-Head or senar engineering cleveland st B-Head they should be able to sort you out. Am guessin it will cost about 30-50 quid. let me know how ya get on
