The Plan all came together on the 16 September 2004 when Performance Ford tested the car at Bruntingthorpe Testing ground & a new overall Cosworth Topspeed record was set at 201.8mph, this is the first recorded speed over 200 anywhere in the world. It was achieved on my 59th birthday - What a present
I think I may really have created my Ultimate Road Car.
My new 600+bhp engine was built & Nitrous now puts the Power figure to a potential 750bhp. A Jaguar 10.5" Diff & a Zoo Motorsport rear beam kit have also been added to cope with the new found Power & also to increase grip.
