Domino's Pizza provide (or at least did provide a few years ago) car insurance under their own business insurance so you don't need to have delivery insurance on your personal car insurance when working for them. I guess the same may be true for some of the other delivery firms.
Sorry to hear you are in this trap, it is in more ways than one the reason the birth rate of the country has gone down, the Government are more interested in more workers than more kids. So many people like yourself paying the price of capitalism. Never give up, things have a funny way of working out unexpectedly, be good, be proud.
