Just reading an article about the new buildings along the East float, Millars Quay sorry to say they don't look very elegant, Ballamory they aren't, their address is given as Birkenhead yet their location is Dock Road Seacombe in the Seacombe and Liscard wards,I was wondering whether Peel holdings has decided to pinch a bit of Wallasey.

Dock Road, Wallasey has a Birkenhead postcode because it is served by the Birkenhead Royal Mail depot and unfortunately mailing address appears to have priority these days. At least its wasn't called Liverpool!
