Do you have to pay a subscription to each streaming server on IPTV or is it just the 1 subscription to the IPTV. for everything?

Do you have to pay a subscription to each streaming server on IPTV or is it just the 1 subscription to the IPTV. for everything? Just one sub covers everything - about 5000 live channels and lots of TV shows and movies to play on demand
