Hi. Driving Licence Found in New Ferry has been reported to Bridewell with my contact number and will be dropping it to Bridewell on Friday.

The address no good? That will leave a quandry, there is an obligation to notify DVLA of an address change.

Morning.
When phoned station they just took information off lience then if i was happy my phone number in case bloke phoned so could collect it.
The owner is from Bath he might be a contractor ?
Phoned up DVLA yesterday to say i found it but they didn't take any information.
Walking to Birkenhead tomorrow so will hand in at the station.
Have been checking Facebook incase he has posted it missing can not check twitter as not registered ?
Hope he gets it back so he doesn't have to pay for a replacement.

I suggest you stick it in an envelope and post it to DVLA Swansea who will lose it permanently and irretrievably for you. The owner can get a replacement from https://www.gov.uk/apply-online-to-replace-a-driving-licenceBe careful to avoid the many rip-off sites who will do this for you at much higher cost than the DVLA..
