Hi there
I have a collection of 8mm films that I would like transferred to digital, I had a quick look at prices but going by the amount of film I have it could be pricey. Does anyone have any reccomendations for anyone that could transfer 8mm to digital format?
Many thanks

I wouldn't have any reccomendations, but if you have a lot to convert it may be worth buying your own converter.
Here are a few on Amazon, some very pricey, and some reasonably priced.

Same here, would love to convert loads of mine but prices are crazy.

If they're silent you might be able to do it yourself with a good camera and a tripod if you still have a projector.

Thanks for the replies, had one quote at £360, might as well buy the equipment myself I think.
Thanks

Perhaps Gibbo and MerseyMan could consider sharing the cost and the machine, there may eve be other Wiki members who would like to join in.
