Gorgeous black & white shih tsu found in New brighton not chipped & no identity tag .He/she now at Upton Veterinary surgery.Proof of ownership required 0151 677 2411 . This is on Facebook at the moment.Thought it was now illegal to have an unchipped dog but hope his owner claims him
