Hi, I was watching an old Crimewatch UK video from 1991 and came across an appeal on a serial rapist in Birkenhead. The appeal was about a guy that had raped 4 women... 1 in Upper Brassey Street, 2 at The Rec and 1 at Bidston Hill.
