I am trying to find any details about the 'Manchester Arms Inn' which was located in New Brighton, Cheshire. It is mentioned in The Liverpool Mercury newspaper dated December 5th, 1863, when a Coast Guard/RNLI man named John Cole brought the survivors of a ship named 'Isabella & Catherine' to this Inn.

I would be grateful for any information.
