I get it occasionally when going on the internet but it seems to resolve itself. Had a problem yesterday. wireless mouse wasnt responding or keyboard so changed batteries and wirelessly reconnected everything but my keyboard was typing all wrong characters. Press backspace and it would go forward with letter Z. Ran a trouble shoot program and it seemed to rectify itself after rebooting.

Are you running Windows 10? If so the easiest way is to right click on the network icon on the bottom right taskbar then click on troubleshooting. That might be the case on Windows 7 as well.
