I wasn't aware that have now introduced the small van annual permit but it is still only for non-commercial use and only for certain recyclable items.
For bulky items it still has to go on the 12 temporary permits and non-commercial use.
A right hotchpotch of rules.
It would make sense that any recyclable goods can be taken for free as they help to meet the recycling target and reduce fees/fines imposed by the government as well as reduce fly-tipping.
Plasterboard (Gypsum) is recycled.

My Husband has a small van and a permit for both Wallasey and Bromborough and go,s regular to dispose of household waste and old fridges /teles/ cooker/old furniture .
How much would he charge for collecting a sofa and 2 armchairs? Would you be able to PM me, or reply here? (NB. I don't appear to be able to PM you because you’re apparently over your Private Topic limit – I don’t know if you’re able to PM me?) Thanks in anticipation.
